Sipon Jeruzalem Ormož 2011 is medium-bodied and refreshingly acidic with a gentle bouquet which is reminiscent of white flowers, citruses, peaches and apples. The taste is refreshingly rich. It is served with seafood, salads and dry meat products. The grapes were grown at the finest winegrowing positions of Kog, Litmerk and Ilovci and hand-picked. Fermantation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14–17 degrees Celsius.

Gomila Exceptional Sauvignon Blanc 2011 is grown and carefully hand-picked in the vineyards of Gomila. It undergoes a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. It is a medium to full bodied wine with a distinct aroma, showing classic varietal characteristics such as gooseberry and elderflower with a crisp, but pleasing acidity. Sauvignon Blanc is very good with grilled white meat and vegetables with fresh herbs, fish with a slightly stronger taste and somewhat spicy dishes.

Rhine Riesling Ljutomerčan 2011 is semi-dry, medium-bodied wine, pleasantly refreshing and with a bouquet reminiscent of vineyard peach, citruses and yellow fruit. In time it develops a characteristic petroleum note. It is served with salads, red meat and seafood. The grapes are grown in a nature-friendly way in the Ljutomer-Ormož winegrowing district which is known for excellent white wines.

In order to achieve their goal of making the best possible wines, the companies P&F Jeruzalem Ormož and P&F Jeruzalem Ljutomer are taking numerous steps at constant improvement and modernization. Investments in the cellar itself can be compared only to the best wineries in Europe. One of their biggest successes and investments in previous year is the introduction of their new bottling line. Another important investment is the building of their new, technologically advanced fermentation hall with capacity of 1,6 million liters. It has enabled the company with extraordinary conditions for making wines from the very best positions.
In the companies, they are trying to maintain responsibility towards the environment and the people, for they are vitally interconnected with life in Ormož and Ljutomer. This can be proved by the fact that they renew at least 25 ha of vineyards each year, while cooperating with numerous local vine growers. The quality of the year 2010 was confirmed at numerous international competitions. This year's vintage is also excellent. Their wines have already received 29 awards, including Gold Medal for Gomila Exceptional Sauvignon Blanc 2011 at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Gold Medal for Welschriesling Icewine 2009 at Berliner Wein Trophy, while at the  Decanter World Wine Awards all 12 submitted wines were awarded, the best four of them with Silver Medals.
