Russell is a driver in Los Angeles who can't seem to get a break in life. One night, he is offered a proposition from his passenger Charlotte that he just can't refuse. But the night turns out to be full of ordeals, as well as new opportunities - if he can make it out alive.
Night Drive is an exquisite low-budget gem that will, at first, remind some viewers of Scorcese's After Hours and Demme's Something Wild. But Brad Baruh and Meghan Leon, sharing the director's chair among numerous other functions, will take you to completely undiscovered places, where surprises never seem to end, all the way to the mind-blowing finale, supported by great acting from AJ Bowen and Sophie Dalah who effortlessly carry the whole film on their shoulders.
