Dounia and the Princess of Aleppo

Dounia lives in Aleppo, a thousand-year-old city which was once the center of the world. Her life is full of friendly neighbours, picturesque stories and lively music. One night, a group of uniformed men take away Dounia’s father. There is also growing tension on the streets. When the war begins, Dounia’s grandparents try to protect the girl and find a safer place.
