Tomás is a polite young man who lives in a quiet little town. His life is simple: he takes care of his mother, works at the video store and town clinic, and collects dolls. But the town is soon troubled by the disappearance of three women, so the newly arrived Inspector Porter starts to investigate, unaware of the horror that awaits him…

We proudly present one of the most bizarre delicacies of this year’s festival program, an intoxicating blend of surrealist comedy, psychological thriller and gruesome splatter, showing you sights that won’t leave your head no matter how hard you try! The Dollmaker debuted as a work-in-progress at Ventana Sur’s Blood Windows showcase in 2023, only to return as this fierce feature a year later!
