Wine has a golden yellow colour with shades of green. Its taste is full and complex. A harmony of freshness and sugar. It has a very distinct and complex aroma, reminding of Muscat grapes, pear slices, floral notes (orange blossoms) and candied oranges.
For four generations, they have been living a Slovenian winemaker’s dream. Back then, father, grandfather, and now already grand-grandfather Ivan Dopler took over the whole estate with a goal to pass on his knowledge, experience and, above all, love for the vine and wine to next generations. To honour him, they kept his last name as a trademark after opening the new wine cellar.
