A blend of two classic grape varieties, both having an equal share in wine. Aroma of wine reminds of dried fruit and beeswax, with maturing in oak barrel also making its contribution. The taste of wine is refined with pleasant acidity, but at the same time rich, with nice structure and long aftertaste.
Brothers Pavel and Matej Šoster continue the family tradition of organic winemaking in the heart of the Jeruzalem vineyards. In last years, they expanded to 15.000 vines, and their wine assortment to 8 different varieties or labels. NATURAL is the word that would best describe their comprehensive approach to the cultivation of the land, viticulture and winemaking.
