A portrait of a city, inspired by Dziga Vertov’s Man with a Movie Camera. Only that here we don’t watch the world through kino-eyes, but is revealed through the eyes of those who are, often unnoticed, always among us and above us - street musicians and pigeons in Ljubljana.
